Terms of Service

This document is a placeholder while our counsel finalises the full Terms of Service. The policy stance on payments, refunds, and chargebacks below is our operational commitment; final legal wording is pending.

Payments and refunds

All sales on Fanonymous are final. Subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view unlocks, unblur fees, crypto balance top-ups, private offers, and Creator Store orders are non-refundable once a charge has been confirmed.

By making a purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to your digital purchases (Regulation 37(1)(a)). Physical goods sold through the Creator Store are personal and hygiene-sensitive items that fall within the exemptions set out in Regulation 28(3)(b) and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — for goods that are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose — are unaffected by this policy. Where a qualifying statutory claim applies, contact us and we will issue the refund required by law.

Exceptions where we may issue a refund at our discretion include: unauthorised or fraudulent charges; duplicate billing caused by a technical error; a creator's violation of these Terms; and platform-initiated goodwill in exceptional circumstances. Refund requests are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your card was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us first at [email protected] . We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund through our internal process.

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us will result in your Fanonymous account being permanently closed. Subscriber accounts flagged for a chargeback are blocked from further purchases on the platform. If you were a genuine fraud victim, you may appeal the closure by emailing us; appeals are reviewed individually.

Other terms

Remaining sections — account eligibility, creator responsibilities, intellectual property, prohibited content, dispute resolution, governing law — will be finalised alongside counsel and published here before public launch.
